The Southern Gateway Public Green Foundation initiated the concept, fundraising effort and construction of Halperin Park and now oversees its ongoing operations and evolution.

The Southern Gateway Public Green Foundation
Founded in 2017, The Southern Gateway Public Green Foundation was organized as a project and a component fund of The Dallas Foundation. The Foundation received its 501(c)(3) tax status in November 2018.
